Job Description
Job Responsibilities: Work with the development team & business users to fully identify all aspects of the data and functional requirements. To prepare the Functional Specification based on the User Requirements. To ensure the quality of Requirements, and Functional Specifications is adhered to internal business standards. To provide production support. Document and log all requests using the existing tools (Jira) and ensure all documents/evidence are kept/filed accordingly. Prepare the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) checklist and ensure that all documents are attached with approval and with the designated signatures of Head of Department, Application leads, User leads and Business Partners. Job Requirements: At least 2 years onwards experience in preparing User Requirements and/or Functional Specifications. IT Business support (development or business analysis or consulting). Working knowledge and understanding of process in Operation (New Business, Servicing & Claims), Finance and the support systems. Knowledge in Insurance domain is preferred. Knowledge in Jira is preferred. Knowledge in Life Asia and PolicyAsia. Knowledge in system integration within digital front-end, middle office and back-end.
