Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document their needs and requirements Collect and analyze data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights Develop and maintain clear and comprehensive business requirements documents Create process flow diagrams, use cases, and other documentation to capture business processes and user needs Identify areas for improvement, optimization, and automation within the organization Work with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions that address business challenges Conduct market research and competitor analysis to provide insights and recommendations Create and maintain detailed reports and dashboards to track KPIs and measure the impact of implemented solutions Requirements Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role Strong analytical skills and the ability to work with data to extract meaningful insights Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools, such as Excel, Tableau, or Power BI Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Experience with business process modeling and documentation Knowledge of project management methodologies is a plus Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies is a plus Relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) are a plus
