In a nutshell, you will be working with professionals in the MAGNIFI team in bridging the gap between technology and business objectives. Your primary focus will be on analyzing our clients' business processes, gathering their digitalization requirements, and translating them into actionable specifications for our technology team.

A day in the life in MAGNIFI as a Business Analyst:

Gaining experience under the business and technical teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements from clients and oversee the development of technical solutions. Putting your project management skills to practice by developing and maintaining project plans, timelines, and deliverables to ensure project objectives are met. Experiencing what it's like to generate and foster relationships with clients, technology partners, and stakeholders across the world. Keeping abreast of the latest technology trends, developments, and best practices in the digital industry. Bringing coffee for the team. Just kidding....or are we? ;)

Qualifications:

Undergraduates with a passion for business and communications within the tech industry are encouraged to apply. Great interest in digital transformation and is constantly updated with current events and trends. Good interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills and a positive attitude to thrive in a fast-paced, growing business. Strong analytical and project management skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and knowledge in editing tools (Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator) is an added bonus.
