- To provide support in the identification of strategic issues and opportunities that could influence business growth and profitability
- To assist in strategic planning of the company in existing businesses and international expansion
- To research, analyse and present data on topics related to the business to facilitate decision making
- To coordinate and follow up with internal stakeholders to ensure that project timeline is met
Corporate Finance/Investor Relations
- To prepare public documents including announcements, presentations, annual reports, press releases etc.
- To manage relationships with existing shareholders and potential investors
- To manage relationship with other stakeholders, such as the government, the community and the public
- To liaise with professional advisers in relation to corporate proposals or fund-raising activities as and when required
Data Analytics
- To generate relevant reports/analysis to help facilitate management's decision-making process
- To analyse data gathered from other departments and provide insight into their operations
- To conduct market research relating to various aspects of the business
- To work hand in hand with 3rd party service providers or business partners domestically and in various other geographies
Others
- To provide ad-hoc assistance to top management/other departments as and when required
