Position: Business Analyst Location: Kuala Lumpur Tenure: 7 months (renewable basis) Salary: RM 5000 - 6000 Working Hour/ Days: Normal working hour Job Responsibilities: .Determine operational objectives by studying business functions gathering infor Position: Business Analyst Location: Kuala Lumpur Tenure: 7 months (renewable basis) Salary: RM 5000 - 6000 Working Hour/ Days: Normal working hour Job Responsibilities: .Determine operational objectives by studying business functions gathering information evaluating output requirements and formats .Construct workflow charts and diagrams studying system capabilities writing specifications .Improve systems by studying current practices designing modifications .Recommend controls by identifying problems writing improved procedures .Define project requirements by identifying project milestones, phases and elements forming project team establishing project budget .Monitor project progress by tracking activity resolving problems publishing progress reports recommending actions .Maintain user confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential .Prepare technical reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and trends Job Requirements: Must have 3+ years experienced BA (Business Analyst) Must have worked as BA as primary role with mentioned experience Having an experience as a Business Analyst in Telco industry would be preferred Must have knowledge of Agile & waterfall deliver mechanism. Must have worked from requirement gathering, design, workshop, cross-team discussions, development coordination, testing overview up to the production deployment . Awareness of order capture, order fulfilment , products & billing are welcome skills and would be given preference
