- Requirements Gathering: Study project objectives by collecting business and functional requirements and evaluating desired output formats.
- System/Process Design: Design new systems/processes by analyzing requirements, creating workflow charts and diagrams, studying system capabilities, and writing specifications.
- Resource Coordination: Coordinate efforts among project resources, including internal and external teams.
- Progress Monitoring: Track project progress, identify risk areas, and execute corrective actions as needed..
- Documentation: Ensure project documentation is complete and properly archived.
- User Support: Maintain user documentation and provide user training.
- Stakeholder Management: Manage stakeholder expectations and maintain positive relationships with business stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Tools: Skilled in MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, and JIRA.
- Business Understanding: Knowledge of business functional areas.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Proven experience in vendor management, change management, and risk management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
