• Collaborate with stakeholders across various departments to gather and analyze business requirements.
• Translate business needs into detailed functional requirements, user stories, and system specifications.
• Conduct thorough data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and maintain documentation such as business process flows, user guides, and training materials.
• Perform gap analysis and recommend solutions that align with business goals and technology capabilities.
• Support project managers and development teams throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring deliverables meet requirements and deadlines.
• Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and facilitate stakeholder feedback sessions.
• Monitor project progress and communicate status updates to stakeholders and senior management.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the technology industry or a similar role.
• Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, JIRA, Confluence).
• Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Tableau) is preferred.
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Malay with the ability to interact professionally with diverse groups, including executives, managers, and subject matter experts.
