About the Client

Key Responsibilities:

Gather, document, and analyze business requirements, workflows, and processes. Work closely with stakeholders to identify business needs and opportunities for improvement. Translate business requirements into functional specifications for technical teams. Create clear and detailed documentation including business requirement documents (BRDs), user stories, process flows, and use cases. Support project planning and execution by contributing to scope definition, risk analysis, and timeline estimation. Facilitate communication between business units and IT/development teams. Perform data analysis to support business decision-making and identify trends. Participate in system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and quality assurance. Monitor project progress and assist in issue resolution and process optimization.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field. 2-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role. Strong understanding of business process modeling, data analysis, and requirements gathering techniques. Proficient with tools like Microsoft Excel, Visio, Power BI, Tableau, or SQL. Experience working in Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall environments. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
