Key Responsibilities:

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from agency, sales, and operations stakeholders.

Optimized Report Dashboard inclusive of perform data analysis to identify trends, productivity drivers, and performance gaps in the agency and partnership channel.

Participate in business transformation, CRM, or incentive system enhancement projects.

Ensure project deliverables meet business needs within timeline and quality expectations.

What we are looking for:

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, IT, or related field.

1-3 years' experience in business analysis, preferably within insurance or financial services.

Experience working with agency and partnership management systems, CRM platforms, or data analytics tools is an advantage.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Proficiency in Excel, Power BI/Tableau, and documentation tools (Visio, Jira, Confluence).

Familiarity with SDLC, Agile methodology, and user acceptance testing.

Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities.
