Job Description

This position is reporting to the Director, Business Development and will work with others for supporting sales performance analytics and delivering of external and internal presentation. In addition to supporting business analytics and reporting needs. The Business Analyst will also be responsible for working cross functionally with all departments to enable data driven decisions.

Skill & Qualifications

1. At least a Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in any discipline.

2. At least 3 years relevant working experience in an analytical and/or business development role.

3. High level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power Point presentation skills.

4. Strong business partnering skills and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities
1. To gather, identify, analyse, maintain, and interpret data from multiple sources.

2. Proactively work with cross functional department and able to communicate the project objectives and findings.

3. To support in providing the management team with reporting, including but not limited to historical pricing, market pricing, customer business review, program reviews, and others.

4. Gather business requirements and understand client\xe2\x80\x99s business needs.

5. Write a Business Requirement Document.

6. Identify gaps between client\xe2\x80\x99s requirements and product or services proposed.

7. Analyze business requirements, procedures, and problem to improve existing systems.

8. Define business requirement prioritization based on Business Value to meet user requirements.
