Your Responsibilities: \xc2\xb7 Partner and work with the network of Business Analysts, Integration Teams, IT Business Partners and business Product Owner / SMEs to reduce silos, cross barriers between products and geographies, increase sense of belonging and facilitate communication \xc2\xb7 Analyze the underlying (local) ecosystems (per country) from an As-Is perspective to guarantee the understanding of the "full picture" of the impact with/from EpiCX. in addition to that drive the shaping of the To-Be ecosystem including EpiCX and beyond. \xc2\xb7 Connect to related initiatives and programs impacting the ecosystem directly and indirectly \xc2\xb7 Work to bring in improvement of tools, templates and approaches to drive better analysis. \xc2\xb7 Act as a liaison between the Program product and services, the R&D Service Leadership and all the Business Analysts. \xc2\xb7 Understand affiliate\xe2\x80\x99s as-is processes and how these can work with EpiCX ecosystem (define to-be stage) \xc2\xb7 Collect user requirements and translate into user stories in JIRA \xc2\xb7 Leverage learning from other BAs to better understand and optimize the analysis process \xc2\xb7 Create high level mapping documents between systems and defining business data transformation rules \xc2\xb7 Assess if an affiliate local requirements (e.g. regulatory or legal requirement) can be covered by EpiCX core configuration, collaborate with product teams to address needs without compromising core consistency \xc2\xb7 Provide business process mapping in alignment with core product configuration (incl.affiliates SMEs) \xc2\xb7 Gather, manage and document business and integration requirements including functional requirements, non-functional requirements, interactions and flows between the EpiCX and downstream system \xc2\xb7 Liaise with PO to find best ways to deliver requirements if not met by Core product configuration. \xc2\xb7 Act as a true partner with Affiliate SME\xe2\x80\x99s to find solutions to functional inconsistencies and challenges \xc2\xb7 Participate in configuration sprint planning and review sessions to verify delivery adherence to requirements \xc2\xb7 Participate in preparation sessions to define Test Scenarios, help to identify data needed for the tests and support script preparation \xc2\xb7 Support preparation or UAT Scripts and assist Affiliate users along UAT execution \xc2\xb7 Review relevant training material to drive better understanding and adoption of the product \xc2\xb7 Support Hypercare period in order to facilitate the handover of the application to Operations Qualifications and Experience that will help you to be successful: \xc2\xb7 8+ years of overall professional experience \xc2\xb7 5+ years of experience is similar role and context \xc2\xb7 3+ years experience on a complex / multi-county solutions \xc2\xb7 Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent education or work experience \xc2\xb7 Business domain knowledge for one or more of the following area(s): Commercial excellence, CRM, multichannel, analytics/dashboards, data. \xc2\xb7 Demonstrated experience and knowledge of one or more of the following tools: IQVIA OCE (or similar with focus on Sales, Marketing, Territory Management) Reltio MDM, Salesforce.com functionalities, AWS Data Lake, Gigya \xc2\xb7 Practice of Agile BA Frameworks (IIBA) Preferred Skills/Abilities: \xc2\xb7 Ability to understand complex business process and influence business change to adapt to global norms \xc2\xb7 Advanced understanding of business analysis techniques and processes \xc2\xb7 Strong analytical capabilities and skills as well as the ability to extrapolate meaning from such analyses \xc2\xb7 Negotiation skills and the ability to influence others \xc2\xb7 Ability to communicate clearly, effectively and by simplifying complex information \xc2\xb7 Attitude to learn, assess, and question needs, information, and rightfulness of data from a value perspective \xc2\xb7 Excellent problem-solving skills, details oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy \xc2\xb7 Good soft skills for stakeholder engagement and cross-organization communications \xc2\xb7 Risk management and identification \xc2\xb7 Ability to work under indirect supervision as well as drive dialog with the stakeholders \xc2\xb7 Effective interpersonal skills and collaborative management style to include teamwork \xc2\xb7 Strong awareness of geographic, cultural and organisational opportunities, conditions and constraints \xc2\xb7 Passionate about learning, sharing and further developing best practices to achieve greater impact \xc2\xb7 Flexibility to attend meetings outside \xe2\x80\x9cstandard\xe2\x80\x9d working hours when required \xc2\xb7 Excellent written and verbal English
