Job Brief:
The role is responsible for creating a detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities, and solutions in the insurance processes of Tune Protect Malaysia.

The BA is always defining business requirements, prioritizing requirements, and reporting back to the PMO on the results of the analysis to get feedback and approval for development.

The role will also be involved managing the process, communicating progress on SIT and UAT, and ensuring operational readiness for the projects.
Job Responsibilities:

• Analyze business requirements, perform impact assessment, and high-level functional design.
• Gather information to understand end-to-end business cycles and perform business process analysis to document the business requirements.
• Facilitate problem-solving and decision-making with stakeholders by being proactively engaged in business case development and initial project conceptualization.
• Produce business requirement specifications for changes to key processes upon implementation.
• Manage the change requests process while ensuring the finalization of requirements documentation.
• Develop test plans, test scenarios, and test scripts together with functional / business users.
• Coordinate and manage the UAT while ensuring communication with Users on operational readiness.
• Recommend areas of operational improvements for major project implementation.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree, preferably in Information Technology (IT) / Actuarial / Accounting/ Insurance.
• Previous working experience within the insurance industry or with a financial institution is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills.
• General understanding of software systems, servers, databases, and other technology.
• Possess the ability to act effectively at various levels of detail
• Work constructively with users and managers to facilitate problem-solving and decision-making
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in verbal and written English.
• Good knowledge of MS office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• This will be a contract role for a 1-year minimum.
