About the roleWe are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Business Analyst to join our client's team based in Kuala Lumpur. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in collecting requirements, with testing knowledge being an added advantage. This role requires excellent communication skills as it involves extensive interaction with stakeholders. Problem-solving abilities and negotiation skills are crucial for success in this position. Your responsibilitiesGather and document business requirements from stakeholders.Collaborate with technical teams to ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions.Analyze and evaluate business processes to identify areas for improvement.Facilitate communication between business users and technical teams.Conduct user acceptance testing to ensure solutions meet business requirements.Provide support during the implementation phase of projects. You will haveMinimum 5 years of experience working as a Business Analyst.Strong understanding of IT technical terms, APIs, and applications.Experience in B2C (business to consumer) environments.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.Ability to articulate complex ideas and concepts clearly.Strong problem-solving skills and negotiation abilities.
