We are hiring experienced Business Analyst for our Sustainable Finance and Investment Team to be based in Kuala Lumpur. This is a Business, Product and Data Analysis focused role supporting the objective to strategize, develop and expand LSEG\'s commercial footprint for Sustainable Finance and Investment product and growth opportunities in the Asia Pacific region. Role Responsibilities Support strategic business initiatives, including product development, analytical research and client and market engagement. Provide analytical and quantitative or narrative driven research as an input to broader projects representing LSEG\'s sustainable finance and investment capabilities. Assisting in the successful delivery of initiatives through gathering and presenting accurate and detailed analysis of business requirements which can be delivered optimally by stakeholders across an Agile team working environment. Supporting client and market interactions and preparing content and presentations as well as business planning. Engagement in multiple concurrent internal and externally driven projects to run both data driven and business research and manage assigned tasks and projects to completion. Qualifications & Skills Required Bachelor\'s Degree in Business, Finance, Economics or any business-related courses At least 2-3 years of experience in the Finance consulting field is preferred Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office Suite with ability to manipulate data in Excel and presentations/proposals in Word and Powerpoint. Excellent written & spoken English language skills, with strong interpersonal skills Good organizing skills and ability to prioritize work to meet delivery requirements. Strong data analysis skills and ability to solve complex problems independently and to generate innovative solutions LSEG is currently practicing Hybrid work model (3 days in office).
