Job Description


Proven skills in: Stakeholder Management, Issue Handling, Requirement Analysis and Business Solutioning Work directly with stakeholders to capture business requirements and translate them into technical approaches and designs that can be implemented. Responsibilities and Duties 1. Requirement Analysis / Planning Analyze, organize, and document the requirement Create use-cases, BRD, spreadsheets 2. Software Design Technical decisions necessary to implement the software are taken. BA would bring the technical experts and business users to iron out the details. 3. Software Design/ Executing Explain the requirement to the technical team Clarify doubts and ensure they fully understand the business requirements they are coding 4. Monitoring/ Testing Provide the user acceptance criteria and work with developers and testers to ensure that all the criteria met. The criteria help to ensure that the coded solution traces back successfully to all the original requirements. 5. Closing/ Deploy Present project to the client and gain acceptance Create user-training manuals Capture fixes for future versions of s/w solution 6.Good knowledge of Data Flow Diagrams (DFD) 7. Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports. 8. Working closely with clients, technicians, and managerial staff. 9. Good knowledge in any tracking software i.e. milestone, Agile, JIRA 10. Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements. 11. Managing projects and monitoring performance 12. Having good communication skill to deal with international clients for requirement gathering and discussion. 13. Individually handle many project Qualifications \xef\x81\xac BA Certification, UG, Diploma \xef\x81\xac 0-1 year of experience in healthcare domain/Insurance Domain \xef\x81\xac Working Knowledge of MS Word and Excel. \xef\x81\xac Strong attention to detail, clarity in thought and the produce quality content \xef\x81\xac Possess good verbal and written communication skills \xef\x81\xac Good written and spoken communication skill is must.
