Responsibilities

• Determine operational objectives by studying business functions; gathering information; evaluating output requirements and formats.
• Prioritize requirements from various stakeholders.
• Communicate, translate, and simplify business requirements to ensure buy-in from all stakeholders.
• Construct workflow charts and diagrams; studying system capabilities; writing specifications.
• Improve systems by studying current practices; designing modifications.
• Recommend controls by identifying problems; writing improved procedures.
• Define project requirements by identifying project milestones, phases and elements; forming a project team; establishing a project budget.
• Monitor project progress by tracking activity; resolving problems; publishing progress reports; recommending actions.
• Maintain user confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential.
• Interpret, evaluate and interrelate research data and develop integrated business analyses and projections for incorporation into strategic decision-making.
• Suggest changes to senior management using analytics to support your recommendations.
• Discover, organize, and clarify business needs and review/produce specifications for change.
• Work with the Technical Analyst and development team to ensure that they understand the specifications.
• Work with the training team to document system scenarios and identify roles impacted to help develop a change management/training plan.
• Conduct business process modelling and generate applicable scenarios for the technical functionality testing team.
• Assess change proposals and define solutions to help the organization achieve its goals.

Requirements

• Candidate must be in Malaysia
• Must be able to speak Thai and English language.
• Bachelor\'s Degree in the appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience.
• Microsoft Access and/or SQL experience preferred; experience in any other technologies/tools are added advantage.
• Detail-oriented, analytical and inquisitive.
• Ability to work independently and with others.
• Extremely organized with strong time-management skills.
• Prior experience as an IT Business Analyst.
• Demonstrable problem solving, prioritization and organizational skills.
• Any certifications in Project Management would be an advantage.
• Must have good interpersonal and communication skills and are adept at working with multiple stakeholders to drive desired outcomes.

Job Type: Full-time
Contract length: 12 months Salary: Up to RM7,000.00 per month Benefits:
