We are currently recruiting for our multinational FMCG & Tech clients in Malaysia who are looking to hire an experienced Business Analyst or Senior Financial Analyst, who will be responsible for business and financial analytics matters for the assigned legal entity(s) in the company. The successful candidate will be supporting and reporting directly to the FP&A Manager, based in Petaling Jaya/Kuala Lumpur.Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for preparation and submission of management reports and detailed analytics on business performance in multiple markets, according to business needs.
• Prepare sales information, variance analysis, balance sheet and cash flow to stakeholders monthly.
• Close collaboration with sales and commercial team on monthly P/L forecast and support forecast and budgeting activities.
• Actively participate in strategic planning and collate financial information and update performance indicators to support stakeholder inputs.
• Provide support for process improvement projects or finance transformation as and when required.
• Implement or improvement on BI tools for dashboards and reporting purposes.
• Perform ad-hoc duties and assignments as and when required.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Minimum 6 years of relevant financial planning and analysis experience.
• Possess Degree in Accounting/Finance or professional qualification ie. ACCA, CPA, ICAEW, CIMA, or equivalent.
• Advanced knowledge in Excel, PowerPoint, Macro and PowerBI is a must.
• Possess strong critical thinking, analytical skills and able to adapt to business needs and changes.
• Excellent written and communication skills in English.
