Job Summary To manage the Business Applications Team to support the Cinema Ticketing System (Vista) and propose relevant IT solutions to support TGV\'s business strategy. : Provide leadership and manage the work activities of direct reports in the area of revenue-based systems that include new solutions and enhancement of existing systems. Partner with leaders of other disciplines to ensure proposed solutions align with business strategy, security architecture, and IT infrastructure. Always keep up to date with the latest technology and propose relevant solutions to support business requirements. Collaborate with business and key IT stakeholders to plan, prioritize, and schedule applications development and enhancement requests, while providing direction and guidance to the applications development staff Accountable for availability and performance of applications portfolio, including ownership of incidents, change management, and application implementation. Drives stakeholder satisfaction by delivering quality applications and support with controlled and planned change management. Proven experience in managing relationships with vendors/consultants, IT teams, and internal stakeholders. A passion for all things tech and a drive to experiment with new technologies to see where they can benefit the business. Job Requirements: - Degree in IT and Computer Science. Min 10 years of working experience and 5 years of proven leadership role. Expertise in business process analysis, requirements gathering, solution design and development, vendor management, and enterprise application support for Cinema Ticketing Systems or ERP/CRM/POS and poses strong business understanding. Experience in a management or supervisory role on an application delivery team Established project management skills. Travel technology-related experience is a plus. Skills & Competencies: Good Communication and Leadership skills. Able to present complex technical information to a non-technical audience. Plan, Schedule, Guide and Supervise team members to meet objectives and deadlines, on a day-to-day basis and other requirements. Demonstrates a level of leadership of staff and/or oversight of consultants/external contractor relationships, or undertakes mentoring of colleagues, in line with the level of responsibility of the role.
