Job Description


  • Excellent organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously;
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with employees and customers of different levels;
  • Ability to coordinate and consider different factors to develop effective plans and strategies;
  • Proficiency in document review and verification, involving the review and composition of business documents, contracts, and agreements;
  • Basic knowledge of financial, budgets, and accounting principles;
  • Proficiency in using office software and other office tools.
Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative and organizational support to senior management;
  • Assist the company\'s business operation and strategic planning;
  • Conduct market research and analyze data to support business decision-making;
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients;
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings and other business events;
  • Coordinate and ensure completion of tasks on schedule;
  • Assist in document review and verification, such as reviewing contracts, agreements, and other legal documents to ensure compliance and accuracy;
  • Perform other duties as assigned by senior management.
