The opportunity As a Consultant within Supply Chain & Operations Team, you will contribute to one of the fastest-growing regions in the world. Your key responsibilities Working in a fast growing and challenging environment with like-minded people across the region Exposure in at least one of the following supply chain pillars - Supply Chain Strategy, Supply Chain Planning, Logistics & Distribution, Sourcing & Procurement Delivering large-scale, complex supply chain management and transformation projects, also addressing the latest in digital supply chain and supply chain innovation Working with client\'s organisation to enhance supply chain process and performance, within a collaborative team analysing client issues and developing solutions Prioritizing project objectives, contributing to project planning and status reporting, anticipating and identifying risks, raising issues with senior members of the team, also assists Project Manager in delivering proposals and projects Skills and attributes for success Tactical and process oriented problem solving Dedicated, innovative, resourceful, analytical and able to work under pressure Foster an efficient, innovative and team-oriented work environment with strong drive to excel professionally To qualify for the role, you must have A Bachelor\'s or Master\'s Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering or equivalent Added advantage of and/or experience in projects across the Supply Chain Operating Model, with focus on strategy, process, people, and technology At least 3 years of professional experience in the Supply Chain function Strong commitment to professional client service excellence Ability to develop, present new ideas and conceptualise new approaches and solutions Ideally, you\'ll also have PMP or equivalent certification Strong professional experience in Logistics functions Excellent interpersonal relations and demonstrated ability to work with others effectively in teams What we look for Highly motivated individuals with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize shifting workloads in a rapidly changing industry.
