Implement the organization\'s Business Continuity Program to ensure uninterrupted availability to key business resources required to support critical business activities and support the Business Continuity Management Team respond in a business disruption response

Responsibilities:

• Document, publish and test organisation\'s business continuity plan (BCP) in line with the organization\'s strategy, relevant standards and regulatory requirements and ensure the organization\'s readiness when required to deal with a risk event.
• Conduct appropriate BIA to assess the probable effect of incidents, accidents, disasters, emergencies and/or threats .
• Facilitate Preparation of the BCP in order to incorporate ongoing changes specific to the organization as well as those in the external environment, industry best practices and technological advancements.
• Quality assurance review of BCP .
• Support the development business recovery strategies and risk mitigation plans.
• Educate relevant stakeholders in the organization\'s business continuity strategy.
• Establish and maintain good client relationships with all internal and external stakeholders .
• Work and collaborate with business unit teams to develop business continuity strategies and program improvement.
• Support the preparation of reports for senior stakeholders.
• Support the planning and execution of business continuity testing and manage the resolution of all issues which arise throughout the process.
• Action issues arising from internal and external audit.

Requirements :

• 3+ years experience developing and delivering programs in business continuity resilience or related fields (emergency, security, business continuity, risk management.
• Understanding of risk management and business continuity concepts and principles.
• Stakeholders orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
