We are looking for a BI Analyst to work on a key regional account. This is a job for someone who wants to become involved with a communication agency that is pushing the boundaries of data and its uses. We are at the cutting edge of media analytics solutions, and currently have an entire data science hub for APAC and we are developing programs that don\'t exist in the marketplace now. This role will primarily cover the design, build, testing, deployment, and support of complex analytical solutions as part of an established APAC Analytics & BI team. Primary Responsibilities: 1. Core client: You will have a core client - which you will work on for multiple markets. 2. A growth focus individual, who is motivated to push the boundaries, while proactively and innovatively finding ways to develop both client appetite for data and analytics as well as developing world-class excellence in Asia Pacific delivery of data and analytics solutions for advertising and marketing. 3. Work with the regional client team to analyse business requests and partner with stakeholders to provide a strategic solution data and analytics into actionable plans and tactics at regional and local market level. 4. Work with business support, project management and technical experts as required across local markets to translate identified data into effective dashboarding solutions and reporting projects. 5. Design, Build, Test, Debug, Monitor, and Troubleshoot various dashboarding solutions. Qualifications Preferred Technical Knowledge 1. A patient, flexible and team-oriented approach is essential. You will need to work well under pressure and be able to quickly understand problems and be capable of providing innovative, pragmatic, and workable solutions. Experience with Dashboard & Reporting. Experience with Scripting and Programming (to an extent) Python, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AngularJS development skills is an added plus Required Experience: 1. A minimum 1-2 years\' work experience in dashboard and static reports design, development, testing, and support, preferably in an advertising/media agency 2. Experience with Tableau, Power BI, Google Data Studio, Datorama Business Intelligence software to develop effective data models and front-end applications 3. Well versed in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AngularJS 4. Creates custom user interfaces and other site assets based on client directions 5. Good problem solving and testing skills 6. Understanding of database design concepts such as tables, fields, attributes, and relationship cardinality (e.g., one to many, many to one) 7. Expert knowledge of Microsoft Excel, incl. Pivots, Word, PowerPoint 8. Strong organizational skills & attention to detail.
