Job Responsibilitiesxc2xb7 Deliver full Controlling services for HR Services in region APAC in line with Group guidelines and policies, including monthly reporting, forecasting and planning of HRS with financial and ESG-related KPIs, maintaining ICS and risk management.xc2xb7 Ongoing independent analysis of business development, which connects financial development with operational KPI development, e.g. volume information; use data analytic methods and tools to provide early-warnings and predictions.xc2xb7 Derive measures to proactively improve financial efficiency and steer financial KPIs towards targets and maintain risk and opportunity pipeline.xc2xb7 Execute and further develop calculation of Business Partner charges in line with guidance from Global Finance HRS and support charge negotiations.xc2xb7 Complete time-sensitive ad hoc analysis and special tasks, and actively participate in regional/global projects. Prepare and support Business Review Meetings, Target Setting, Planning Council, etc.xc2xb7 Support global and regional investment projects, especially calculation and validation of Business Cases, as well as the tracking of progress and risk, and challenge them in the financial interest of DHL Groupxc2xadxc2xad. Act as counterpart to HR Services.xc2xb7 Contribute to global controlling processes and projects from Finance HRS.xc2xb7 Prepare and support Business Review Meetings.xc2xb7 Being member of HRS APAC Senior Leadership Team.Additional ResponsibilityDelivery of financial reporting, volume reports, planning and associated analysis using independent and proactive approach

• Responsible for creating business analysis for HRS APAC
• Support HRS Management APAC in steering value creation for the Group, strategic initiatives and project related topics
• Drive continuous improvement and efficiency xe2x80x93 maintain this focus for all processes related to the delivery of financial information
• Translate efficiencies and volume effects into Services/Product view per BU to reflect developments in the costing/pricing model
• The role requires active engagement and support in Regional FGF Team EOS activities, with a strong drive to be an integral part of a high-performance team

• University degree with at least 3-5 years' relevant professional experience
• Broad knowledge of controlling and finance
• Proven project leading skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and drive controlling priorities forward without continuous involvement of supervisor
• Ability to raise questions or concerns, based on sound analysis, in a professional way
• Stakeholder management skills, balance priorities between Finance (solid line) and requirements of the Service
• Line; presentation and influencing skills in particular for working with senior management
• Very good written and spoken English skills
• Experience in working with Microsoft Office and Finance IT Systems (SAP) and BI Tools
• Experience from working in a larger international companies
• Background in transactional service businesses helpful
