YOUR ROLE

• Manages / Coordinates Financial statements, business activity reports, financial forecasts, annual budgets, and analysis reports

• Analysis and monitoring of business performance versus budget

• Partnering with business to develop strategy, financial KPIs and improve performance

• Lead budgeting and forecasting processes

• Support on monthly closing process

• Apply corporate accounting standards to ensure compliance to internal and external guidelines

• Monitors and analyze monthly expenses and capital expenditures against budgets

• Implement financial controls and ensure effective internal control practices

• Monitor working capital and to help achieve target

• Provides independent and objective information to ensure a systematic control and strict monitoring of planned objectives

• Drives continuous improvements and spread financial knowledge across the company

YOUR SKILLS

• Degree in Business Administration or MBA in Finance or equivalent

• CPA or CMA preferred

• At least 3 - 5 years of relevant experience

• Demonstrated track record as Controller

• Accounting, Tax knowledge and commercial understanding

• Understanding of Transfer Pricing and statutory requirements including tax regulation

• SAP experience is a must
