Job Responsibility Coordinate and oversee the shipping process, ensuring that shipments are accurate, timely, and comply with all relevant regulations. Manage all documentation related to shipping, including bills of lading, customs documents, and invoices. Prepare and oversee the packaging of goods for local deliveries, ensuring that items are adequately protected and labeled. Monitor inventory of packaging materials and reorder supplies as needed. Receive and inspect incoming stock, ensuring that IT matches the order and is in good condition. Organize and arrange stock within the warehouse for easy access and efficient retrieval. Coordinate with the team to update stock levels and ensure the accuracy of inventory records. Perform quality checks on incoming and outgoing shipments to maintain high-quality standards. Report any discrepancies, damages, or defects to the relevant teams and vendors as necessary. Maintain effective communication with logistics partners, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure a smooth flow of operations. Collaborate with various departments to resolve operational issues and implement process improvements. Job Requirements Diploma/ Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Sales, or relevant field related preferred. Preferred languages: Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia At least 2 years of working experience in the related field. Advanced knowledge of administrative recordkeeping. Familiarity with sales reports and sales records. Understanding of sales performance metrics. Proficiency with word processing and spreadsheet software.
