Summary:

This position is reports to Country Manager, and is responsible for developing and implementing sales target at retail customer base. The incumbent is required to deliver retail sales for Malaysia, formulate sales strategy, develop sales forecast, direct retailers to achieve sales targets; pursue major prospects and lead in major negotiations; conduct sales training to sales executives and distributors/dealers.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

You need to deliver Retail Sales and Order target Able to understand and monitor company's distributors, dealers, retailers, competitors and other market information. You need to maintain a close connection with distributors, dealers and retailers in respective region. Able to coordinate, develop, evaluate and audit yearly budget of retail development execution in respective region. Recommend, guide, develop and assess new retail sales network. Able to coordinate the retail activities in respective region in order to achieve the sales objectives. Able to provide training and guidance to the distributors/dealers to increase awareness of the importance and profitability of retail market. Maintain the competitiveness of the retail sales activities and be well-versed on the retail market situation and the competition. Able to presenting new products announced by regional channel marketing team to engage distributors for buy in and ensure new products are displayed in all relevant marketing channel and distribution Maintain all marketing assets developed or cascaded down from regional/ global team Able to assist in trade marketing activities planning & execution including events for developers, D&A, consumers Able to communicates with different people in the retail market, distributors.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

You must have a College graduated or above with business development knowledge and general marketing/sales concept. You must have at least 7 years of experience in retail development or Sales management preferably gained from plumbing or consumer durable manufacturing industries, and three years of experience in managing distributor and market development. You must have a good training, communication, and interpersonal skills
