Position Overview
The
Business Development and Sales Executive
plays a key role in driving client acquisition, business growth, and market expansion for Nexus Fintrade Limited. The role involves identifying potential business opportunities, developing relationships with prospective and existing clients, and promoting the company's financial products and services in line with its strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities to achieve company revenue targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and service excellence.
Conduct market research to identify trends, client needs, and competitive activities.
Present and promote Nexus Fintrade's financial solutions, trading products, and services to potential clients and partners.
Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute business development campaigns and client engagement activities.
Prepare and deliver proposals, sales presentations, and reports for management review.
Monitor client satisfaction and ensure timely follow-up and support.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records and pipeline tracking.
Participate in networking events, exhibitions, and other promotional activities to enhance brand visibility.
Contribute ideas to improve business development strategies and internal processes.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management -- preferably within the financial services or trading industry.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proactive, results-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
High level of professionalism, integrity, and customer orientation.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Mandarin or other languages is an added advantage.

Pay: RM3,600.00 - RM5,700.00 per month
