AgileAsia is looking for a Business Development & Sales Manager in Malaysia to join our team. We are a Training Provider who are specializing in corporate and professional training.
This is a critical, hands-on role focused on results. You will be the engine of our B2C sales, managing leads from our digital campaigns and owning the entire sales cycle.
Your Mission:
Proactively cold call a high volume of B2C leads generated from our digital marketing.
Skillfully nurture prospects, converting them from cold leads to warm opportunities and finally to closed sales.
Meticulously manage your sales pipeline using our CRM (HubSpot).
Consistently meet and exceed your monthly sales targets.
What We're Looking For:
Proven B2C Sales Experience, you have a track record of success in a high-volume sales role (e.g., telesales, inside sales).
You are comfortable with technology and have hands-on experience using CRM tools.
Direct experience with HubSpot is a significant advantage.
You are a resilient self-starter, motivated by targets, and don't shy away from cold calling.
You have experience selling training courses or in the education/EdTech sector.
