A Business Development Coordinator in ShopBack will thrive in a fast-paced learning environment with many opportunities to learn and own self-led projects and execute ideas.

Please note: This will be a 6 months contract position.

Responsibiltiies

• Reengage inactive and dormant merchant accounts through reactivation calls
• Support Business Development Managers in maintaining relationships with Merchant and assist in commercial discussions
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders on Merchant\'s activities, deal and upsizes during campaign period.
• Prepare quotation, agreement & relevant documentations to Merchants.
• Maintain Merchant database and mailing lists
• Input and gathering of relevant Merchant data
• Provide effective administrative support when needed or any ad-hoc projects

• Able to commit on a full-time basis, 6 months preferred
• Past experience in e-commerce is a plus
• Fast learner and able to adapt to changes
• Comfortable speaking to internal and external stakeholders
• Meticulous and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Positive work attitude and proactive - able to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
