Responsibilities

• Input Merchant data and raising cases into Salesforce.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders on Merchant\'s activities, deal and upsizes during campaign period.
• Prepare quotation, agreement & relevant documentations to Merchants.
• Maintain Merchant database and mailing lists.
• Support BD Managers in maintaining relationships with Merchants.
• Provide effective administrative support.

• Bachelor Degree or fresh graduate (experience in the e-commerce industry is a plus).
• Strong skills and proper use of Excel & Powerpoint
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a natural aptitude to communicating clear solutions to complex problems.
• Driven and has strong ownership on process improvements.
• Strong entrepreneurial spirit and eager to join the eCommerce industry.
• Must be able to multitask under pressure while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
