Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities to drive client acquisition and revenue growth.
Build and maintain strong client relationships with HR leaders and hiring managers to understand recruitment needs.
Achieve business and recruitment targets through lead generation, proposals, and successful deal closures.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate placement.
Utilize job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking to build a strong candidate pipeline.
Coordinate interviews, negotiate offers, and support onboarding to ensure successful placements.
Conduct market research to track hiring trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities.
Maintain updated client and candidate databases for business development and recruitment purposes.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience
in business development and recruitment (agency/consulting preferred).
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven track record of achieving sales/recruitment targets.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
Familiarity with recruitment tools, job portals, and professional networking platforms.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and deliver results within deadlines.
