As the Business Development Director, you will be reporting directly to the MD and will be expected to drive new business development, acquiring new clients across Malaysia & key account management.

As the Business Development Director, you will be reporting directly to the MD and will be expected to drive new business development, acquiring new clients across Malaysia & key account management. Among the many responsibilities some are listed below:

• Strategizing and executing business development plans & sales strategies to acquire new clients in Malaysia
• Being accountable for achieving individual sales target (month, quarter & annual) consistently
• Drive revenue growth, maintain & expand existing revenue streams
• Continuously source for new prospects and potential clients on an ongoing basis and ensure the target audience are mainly C-Level/Head of Department
• Collaborate with Marketing & Customer Service to optimise marketing strategies, analysing of market trends and data besides delivering effective value propositions
• Develop and maintain strong working relationship & business partnering with local & regional divisional internal stakeholders, strategic suppliers and external partnerships

The successful candidate will be confident in growing the business and steering the company to the most profitable position while implementing its vision, mission and long-term goals. It\'s critical you have an all-rounded experience and must possess the requirements below:

• Bachelor\'s Degree (Management, Business or related field) with a minimum 10 years of relevant sales/business development experience
• Highly skilled in acquiring new clients/growing business
• Prior experience in selling to industries like Technology, BPO, FI, Corporate Clients
• Proven track record in successfully achieving sales target consistently with YOY growth
• Excellent organizational, communication & interpersonal skills.
• Able to thrive in a fast paced and rapidly changing environment
