- Spearhead the company\'s revenue and profitability through the expansion of international accounts.
- Develop a strong strategic sales plan to ensure long term profitability and growth in market share.
- Working closely with other departments such as program management, manufacturing and finance.
- Build multi-level relationships with customers and stakeholders, ranging from C-Suite Executives to Technical Managers.
- Manage the customer profit and loss margin to ensure that sales objectives are met.
- Bachelor\'s Degree in Business/Marketing or related field.
- 8 - 10 years of experience in sales/business development within the semiconductor industry.
- Keen commercial acumen in making high level decisions.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Fluency in additional languages would be advantageous.
