Kelayakan

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, or equivalent is preferred), or a related field.
• This role is open to fresh graduates with strong potential, who are highly motivated to learn and grow.
• Preferably female candidate that can handle a lot of documentation.
• Advantages : Fluent in spoken and written Mandarin.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to understand technical drawings and manufacturing processes.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with ERP or CRM software is a plus.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-driven with a positive attitude.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Tanggungjawab
As a Business Development Engineer, you'll be at the forefront of driving business growth by assisting the Business Development Manager to create compelling quotations, support accurate technical estimations, and strengthen customer relationships. You'll collaborate across teams-including engineering, production, purchasing, and sales-to develop and deliver innovative, value-added solutions that meet client needs and fuel company success.
Key Responsibilities
RFQ Management & Cost Estimation:

• Manage the end-to-end RFQ process by coordinating with internal and external stakeholders and analyzing technical specifications to deliver accurate cost estimates and feasibility reports

Customer & Sales Support:

• Develop and maintain long-term client relationships, pursue new business opportunities, support pricing strategy, and ensure customer satisfaction through comprehensive pre- and post-sales support

Internal Collaboration & Process Improvement:

• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to assess part manufacturability, support technical decision-making, and drive continuous improvement in quoting and internal processes
