About the Role
We are seeking a
dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive / Account Manager
with a strong background in
Cyber Security and IT System Integration
. The ideal candidate will drive new business growth while nurturing long-term client relationships. This dual role combines
strategic business development
with
hands-on account management
responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development
Identify and develop new business opportunities within the IT System Integration and Cyber Security domain.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline through networking, prospecting, and market intelligence.
Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations to potential clients.
Achieve and exceed sales and revenue targets.
Collaborate with internal technical teams to design customized client solutions.
Track market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to refine business strategies.
Account Management
Act as the primary contact for existing clients to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional solutions.
Coordinate with technical, support, and finance teams to deliver seamless client service.
Resolve client issues promptly and effectively.
Conduct regular account performance reviews and provide strategic insights.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in
Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration
, or related field (MBA preferred).
Minimum
5 years of experience
in IT System Integration sales and account management.
Strong understanding of
servers, storage, networking, cloud, and security solutions
.
Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
Proficiency in
CRM tools
and
MS Office Suite
.
Fluency in Chinese (Mandarin)
- both written and spoken.
Preferred Skills
Existing network within enterprise or mid-market clients.
Experience working with
OEMs
and
channel partners
.
Technical understanding of IT infrastructure and Cyber Security solutions.
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM1,667.07 - RM7,000.00 per month
