About the Role

Drive new revenue by researching targets, running multi-channel outreach, and qualifying prospects into opportunities. Maintain a disciplined pipeline in the CRM, coordinate proposals/demos with marketing and delivery, and support negotiations through to signature. Own a territory/segment, feed back market insights, and nurture early customer relationships for renewals and cross-sell. Success is measured by qualified opportunities, pipeline coverage, win rate, and new revenue.

Responsibilities:

1. Research target markets, build lead lists, and run multi-channel outreach (social media / events).
2. Qualify prospects, run discovery, map stakeholders, and maintain a healthy pipeline in CRM.
3. Prepare and deliver proposals, coordinate demos, and support negotiations with Sales/Legal.
4. Hit monthly KPIs: SQLs/opportunities created, pipeline value, win rate, and revenue.
5. Collaborate with marketing on campaigns; collect and relay market and competitor intel.
6. Hand off won deals to delivery/account teams and support early onboarding for smooth go-live.

Requirement:

1. People-oriented and results-driven.
2. In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices and possess knowledge of HR systems and databases.
3. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Business or any related industry.
4. Possess initiative, able to work independently and as a team.
5. Fresh graduates are welcome
6. Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
7. Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
