Job Responsibilities

Attend to existing corporate accounts Open new accounts by approaching new dealers Track dealers' monthly performance for performance benefits Handle any dealers' warranty enquiries Handle dealers' shipping enquiries Generate invoices, delivery orders and labels using in house software Disseminate latest promotion and product launching or any marketing materials to dealers Resolve any satisfactory issue raised by dealers Manage data in spreadsheets and reports Keep records and reports up to date Handle technical issues in their area of expertise Carry out clerical duties, including answering phones, attending messages, and preparing documents Performs other related duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

Possess a Diploma/Bachelor's degree in related field Minimum 2 years professional experience in related field Ability to work independently and interact well with customers Proficient with Microsoft Office software
