Job Responsibilities

Attend to and maintain relationships with existing corporate and dealer accounts. Identify and approach new potential dealers to expand business opportunities. Track and analyze dealers' monthly sales performance for incentive and performance evaluations. Handle dealers' inquiries related to product warranty, shipment status, and order fulfillment. Generate invoices, delivery orders, and labels using the company's in-house software system. Disseminate information regarding promotions, new product launches, and marketing materials to dealers. Address and resolve any service or satisfaction issues raised by dealers promptly and professionally. Manage and maintain accurate data records, spreadsheets, and reports. Keep all sales and operational records up to date for reference and audit purposes. Provide assistance in handling technical issues related to products or dealer operations. Perform clerical and administrative duties, including handling phone calls, messages, and documentation. Carry out any other duties as assigned to support business operations and growth.

Job Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. 1-3 years of experience in business development, account management, or sales preferred. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an added advantage). Possess own transport and willing to travel for dealer visits when required.
