Job Description
Assist in daily
safe deposit box operations
, including account opening, account closing, and contract preparation. Provide clear guidance to customers onsafe deposit box policies, fees, and procedures
. Maintain accurate records of all safe deposit box activities, includingbilling notices, new box requests, and box closures
. Ensureconfidentiality
and adhere tosecurity protocols
when handling customer transactions. Comply withcompany control measures
, regulatory guidelines, and thecode of conduct
. Prepare and generate reports, record daily transactions, and supportbudgeting and forecasting
activities. Performspecial assignments, ad-hoc tasks, and other responsibilities
as required by managementJob Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,100.00 per month
