About the Role

We are looking for a driven and results-oriented

Business Development Executive

to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and support revenue growth within the precious metals trading industry. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys field sales, market analysis, and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities

Source precious metal scrap, including

platinum, gold, and silver

, from businesses and individual suppliers across Malaysia and the region Evaluate purchasing opportunities to ensure all transactions are profitable and commercially viable Prepare and present proposals and contracts based on precious metal valuations and customer requirements Monitor market trends and stay informed of factors affecting precious metal pricing and demand Assess business performance by identifying strengths, improving operational efficiency, uncovering new opportunities, and mitigating potential risks Build and maintain strong customer relationships to grow existing accounts and develop long-term partnerships Track and document trade transactions to ensure timely delivery of metals and prompt payment collection Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance brand visibility and generate qualified leads Update CRM records weekly with supplier details, business leads, and follow-up statuses

Requirements

Good communication skills in

English and Mandarin

(spoken and written) to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients Persistent, outgoing, and target-driven personality Experience or strong interest in

sales, business development, or trading

Valid driving license with own vehicle is mandatory

Willingness to travel for supplier and client visits
