We are seeking a motivated Business Development Executive to join a growing sales team in the Technology & Telecoms industry. This role involves building client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving success within the education sector.

• Consistently exceed all Student Advisor KPIs, including enrollment targets, call quality, productivity, and compliance standards.
• Maintain the full duties and high-level execution of a top-performing Student Advisor.
• Serve as the Subject Matter Expert for key university programs and/or entire partner institutions.
• Demonstrate a deep understanding of student needs, program value propositions, and relevant industry trends related to supported degrees.
• Act as a mentor and guide for new team members during their onboarding process.
• Foster a positive, high-achieving team culture.
• Proactively identify coaching opportunities within the team and collaborate with the Team Leader to enhance individual and collective skill sets.

• Education: Higher education or experience in relevant industries.
