• Build and maintain good connection with B2B clients and ensuring Secret Recipe meets their business targets.
• Understand clients\' request and sales/ marketing direction. Ensure the products are meeting these targets.
• Liaise closely with R&D team and ensuring adherence to law-established rules & guidelines for customers business \xe2\x80\x93 Halal (JAKIM), VHM Certification (DVS) & Health Certifications (MOH)
• Coordinate with Quality, Research and other relevant department to ensure clients\' objectives are met and compliant to relevant safety guidelines.
• Participate in brainstorming and project implementation, ensuring company risks are mitigated.

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Business Management/ Sales/ Food Service or equivalent.
• Prefer candidates with sales/ business development/ customer liaison experience within the food industry. Familiar with food safety guidelines.
• Willing to work in Taman Mayang, Petaling Jaya.
• 5.5 working days arrangement (Saturdays (full day) are alternated)
• 2 Full-Time position(s) available.
