We are searching for a Business Development Executive, based in the Klang Valley area for Pillar Healthcare Sdn.Bhd.
Salary range above RM3000
Objectives of the Position
-Identify and close sales opportunities with key healthcare businesses and related businesses and other types of organizations to increase the company’s revenue
and visibility.
Responsibilities Include
- Actively seeking out new business opportunities
-Connecting with key stakeholders and business executives
- Identifying and securing new large healthcare/corporate accounts
- Creating new business from existing clients
-Building and managing a national sales team (over time)
- Acting as the lead contact point of the company for all large-customer related matters
- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
- Negotiating account agreements and contracts to increase revenue and profits
- Flexible to attending meetings and events outside of typical business hours
- Working with the company’s operations team to smoothly onboard new clients
Requirements Include
- College degree
- 5+ years developing and closing corporate and healthcare accounts
-Strong experience in the healthcare and related industries
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to lead and manage a regional sales team
- A broad understanding of business development and communications
- Knowledge of business priorities of industry segments such as hospitals, clinics and related segments.
- The ability to execute a solution-oriented sales approach
- Must be self-motivated and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- The ability to work with key internal management team members and C level executives.
