  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience: 1 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field, ideally in a B2B environment.
  • Skills:
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

ResponsibilitiesIdentify and Pursue New Business Opportunities:
  • Conduct market research to identify new prospects and trends.
  • Develop a pipeline of qualified leads through networking, cold calling, email campaigns, and other lead-generation activities.
  • Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and propose relevant solutions.
Relationship Building and Client Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and potential partners.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients and develop long-term partnerships.
  • Understand client requirements and tailor the company's offerings to meet their needs.
Sales and Negotiation:
  • Lead sales presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations to close deals.
  • Prepare and deliver sales proposals and contracts.
  • Work with internal teams to develop custom solutions for clients.
  • Ensure timely follow-up on all leads and opportunities to maximize conversion rates.
Strategic Planning and Reporting:
  • Collaborate with senior management to define sales and business development strategies.
  • Provide feedback on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
  • Track performance metrics, prepare reports, and make recommendations for business growth.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
  • Work closely with marketing to develop content and campaigns that support lead generation and branding efforts.
  • Coordinate with product and service teams to ensure offerings meet client expectations.
  • Provide feedback from clients to improve service offerings and customer satisfaction.
Attend Networking Events:
  • Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events.
  • Build a professional network of contacts and potential clients within the industry.
