About the Role
We're expanding globally and looking for a driven
Inside Sales Representative
to help us grow in key agri-centric markets such as South America, India, the Philippines, and Mexico across Agri and Industrial products.

Key Responsibilities
Building markets & opportunities
- Handle sales and business development activities across targeted countries.
Adapting products to global needs
- Gather market feedback and provide solutions to international customers and share insights to improve product-market fit.
Supporting logistics & supply chain
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery to international markets.
Driving international visibility
- Participate in global events and exhibitions to generate leads and strengthen our business pipeline.

About You
Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or business development.
Great communication and negotiation skills with the cultural awareness and sensitivity to global business practices.
Strong problem solving and analytical mindset to identify growth opportunities and market trends.
* Knowledge of international trade processes and regulations would be added advantage.
