Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Identify and secure new clients for CLQ accommodation and recruitment services. Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and tenancy or service agreements. Conduct site visits, client meetings, and presentations. Build and maintain long-term client relationships. Support marketing activities including social media, digital promotions, and events. Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding and service delivery. Achieve sales, occupancy, and placement targets set by management.

Requirements:



Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or recruitment. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Able to work independently and meet targets. Proficient in Microsoft Office and social media marketing tools. Possess own transport and willing to travel.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
