Client Acquisition & Relationship Management-Identify and engage potential clients (corporate companies, government agencies, individuals).-Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners.-Conduct meetings, presentations, and follow-ups to secure training contracts.2. Sales & Revenue Growth-Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve sales targets.-Promote and sell training programs, workshops, and consultancy services.-Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients.3. Market Research & Strategy-Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitors, and client needs.-Develop new training solutions based on market demand.-Collaborate with internal teams to improve and expand training offerings.4. Proposal & Tender Preparation-Prepare business proposals, quotations, and tender documents.-Respond to client inquiries and customize training solutions.5. Networking & Brand Positioning-Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking sessions.-Develop partnerships with industry associations and stakeholders.6. Administrative & Reporting Tasks-Maintain records of client interactions, sales activities, and progress reports.-Provide regular updates on business performance to management.Job Requirements:
