Key Responsibilities:
Identify new business opportunities, markets, and potential clients to build a strong sales pipeline.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies, set achievable targets, and drive business growth.
Establish and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
Create and deliver tailored presentations and proposals to potential clients.
Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
Lead client presentation and consultancy during business development stages.
Provide excellent customer service to new and existing clients, to ensure all enquiries are handled professionally.
Attend site surveys to examine project feasibility and lead the tender / negotiation processes.
Negotiate contract terms, close deals, and manage post-sale relationship management.
Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and business progress in CRM systems. Regularly report to management on sales performance and pipeline.
Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking activities to promote the company and identify new business opportunities.
Act as the brand ambassador and customer focal point of contact during all business dealings.
Undertake other sales, marketing and business development duties specified by Management from time to time.
Skills & Qualifications:
1-3 years' experience in business development, sales, or a related field (Fresh Graduate are encouraged to apply)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
Strong ability to negotiate and close business deals effectively.
Ability to build relationships and leverage industry networks to create opportunities.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
Proactive in identifying challenges and providing solutions to meet client needs.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
