KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Partnership & Membership

Engage retail outlets and partners through loyalty programs, recognition badges, and awards to boost long-term relationships and brand advocacy. Manage and nurture existing partnerships while identifying opportunities for joint growth and mutual value creation.

Community Building

Plan and organize quarterly and annual gatherings, networking sessions, and professional development workshops. Strengthen brand presence by curating and sharing success stories across newsletters, social media, and internal communication channels. Build and maintain a supportive community of partners and stakeholders to encourage collaboration and shared learning.

Market Expansion

Identify and onboard new business outlets, distributors, or partners in alignment with Samurai's growth strategy. Work collaboratively with the Service Development team to ensure a seamless onboarding process and operational integration. Conduct market analysis to explore new business opportunities and enhance competitiveness in target regions.

Training & Education Partnerships

Maintain relationships with educational institutions -- both college and non-college -- to promote pre-training programs and upskilling initiatives. Support the coordination and delivery of training sessions that align with Samurai's brand standards and industry needs.

Qualifications & Competencies

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence partners. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Proactive, self-motivated, and passionate about business growth and relationship management. Willingness to travel and engage in field activities when required. To perform any other tasks as assigned by the superiors.

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
