For more information, please visit: http://mwclg.com Position: Business Development Executive Location: I-City Shah Alam, Malaysia Responsibilities Acquire new customers through rigorous prospecting cycle to achieve profitable revenue. Manage the implementation of new customers through working closely with key internal stakeholders. Maintain the new customers by adopting a defined Key Account Manager Model Reporting directly to the Country Manager, the Business Development personnel is a key influence in the organization. The main responsibilities surround developing new business opportunities and exploring avenues to advance and execute initiatives the deliver value. Strong focus on developing new account business opportunities is essential. Responsible for prospecting and identifying decision makers and influencers, setting appointments, conducting sales presentation face to face and liaising directly with prospects on an ongoing basis. In addition to new business opportunities, you will be accountable for the investigation and delivery of solution-based proposals to increase value to customers. Cost sourcing with Carriers, Warehouses, Transportations and local venders for support Business. Ensure the preparation of quotation time basis with sufficient details and follow up. Segregation off work to meet shipment arrangements, and self-aggressiveness of monitoring. Handling and understand customer\'s enquiries and respond accordingly. Undertake any other duties as requested by department head or Management. Qualifications / Requirements Candidate must possess at least Secondary School / SPM Acquire new customers through rigorous prospecting cycle to achieve profitable revenue. Minimum 3 Year(s) of working experiences as a sales/ indoor sale in Shipping Line / NVOCC / 3PL company. Able to source rates from Liners and suppliers & Overseas Agents. Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office & manage to learn new system. Understanding sea freight FCL & LCL , domestics transportation. Airfreight experience is added advantage. Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia and preferably with Mandarin Speaking abilities. Good Team Player, Independent and self-motivated. DG Cargoes and Iso Tank knowledge will be an added advantage. 5 Working Days a week.
